Do you have more products than what is on the website?
Yes! The website showcases alot of our products which are available, but we have lots of products at store that we do not put on the website because they have limited stock, sell to quick etc. If you are looking for something in particular, please dont hesitate to contact us, as we may already have what you need, or can order it in.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We can provide delivery to all areas for a reasonable fee. We are experts at making sure the products are transported safely, and you receive the product as you purchased it. If a product is damaged during the delivery process, we 100% guarantee that we will replace it for you at no cost.
I need lots of the same style pot, do you have stock, and can I get a discount?
We have one of the largest ranges, and stock levels in Western Australia. We usually have lots of stock of all styles in store, if you can’t find the quantity you need a Pots WA then most likely you won’t anywhere. But on the rare occasion we don’t have what you need, they are most likely not far away as we have new stock arriving monthly. We are more than happy to offer a discount for a large order if it is feasible. Best idea is to contact us and discuss your needs.
Wholesale?
As we are direct importers, we can definitly offer wholesale accounts to nurserys, landscapers, and all businesses that may sell our products. Please contact us to discuss the wholesale opportunites.
Can you help me design my garden?
Yes! We offer a garden design service to customers. With over ten years in our customers gardens, we understand what plants suit which pots, garden colour trends, and can work with you to develop the style you want…and then do the work! We will buy all the products, assemble them, and delivery and install your new garden. Simply contact us and discuss your needs and we will work with you to achieve the best outcome.
What is the litreage of the pot?
The formula for litreage is (H x W x D)/1000. (e.g. (20w x 50h x20d)/1000 = 20 litres). Using the measurements on the product pages, this will give you a rough calculation of the litreage of the pot. But pots are not all perfect squares, so you will need to take a little off for tapered and round pots. If you need an exact measurement, please contact us, and we can do it for you.
Online Order FAQ's
When will my online order be ready for collection or delivery?
Our friendly sales team will let you know the time-frame for collection or delivery of your order when they contact you to organise pick-up or delivery.
Although most stock advertised on our website is able to be collected or delivered immediately, some items may take some time. If a store is out of stock, we will call you as soon as your items arrive to arrange for the order to be delivered or collected.
How will my online order be delivered?
We use our own delivery service in the WA Metro area. Orders outside this area will be organised with an independent contractors to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
How can I track the status of my online order?
If there is a waiting time on your order, our staff will keep you updated regularly with progress. However, please feel free to contact us at any time if you have any questions regarding your order.
Do you ship interstate or internationally?
At this time Pots WA does not ship outside of Western Australia.
What happens if I receive an incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact us immediately and we will organise for the correct item to be delivered to you as soon as possible at no cost to you. Whilst we will endeavour to replace the item as quickly as possible, occasionally, delivery times for incorrectly shipped items may be adversely affected by stock availability.
What happens if an item is missing from my order?
In the case that we have missed an item from your order, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement for you as soon as possible. Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
As we require a signature upon delivery, we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please ensure that you provide a physical street address (including business name if you are delivering to a business) when completing your shipping details.
What is your returns policy?
Pots WA aims to make your online purchasing experience as easy as possible. We know that occasionally an item is not right, or does not quite look as you imagined in the room. If this is the case please review our returns policy or contact us.
